I have lived in Herriman for the past 6 years. It is a generally small town, good for raising kids, and most of the houses are quite large, but sizes vary. The amount of crime is very minimum, but things do pop up. Fires are very frequent in the mountain area and dry fields, which is in/very close to Herriman. I have enjoyed living in this town, but I can see in about 10 years, it will be much more populated, as the developers continue building. Cities in the area are growing at a remarkable rate, and in some time areas around Herriman will be very busy and the roads will have an abundance of traffic.

There is not much in the actual town, but it is not far to drive to stores or restaurants. There is a gas station nearby, and some odd businesses and banks here and there.
