I my self live in a middle to high class part of Sacramento county called Fair Oaks.

1 of our 2 High Schools, Del Campo is a CA state sports section A school, which is top of the charts, the Varsity Football team takes State Champion wins every couple years including this year, they always play in state tournament games going against the best in the state.

Fair Oaks is a community that in the 60's-70's was full of hippies, free lovers, and liberals galore and its stayed that way we have a village which is pretty old, has a outdoor theater stage that puts on Shakespeares and other plays alike, this area is full of vegins, old hippies, new age hippies, ravers, and the good old white boy hip-hopper, its pretty laid back the park has drum circles every weekend and there is an area called the bluffs which over looks the American River and everything south of it.

This community that u get when hippies and their ex wives created before the ex's stopped being hippies to go work for the state and raise their kids.

As for Downtown, Midtown Oak Park & South Sac its hard to tell it apart from all other cities in CA that have a million population or more, south sac reminds me of L.A. when i lived there, midtown looks like frisco south of golden gate park Oak Park is like Inglewood and Downtown is 80% dirty as f*ck.
