This is a beautiful area considering it is in a city. We spent most of one day walking around shopping and then had lunch. Everyone we met was friendly and seemingly having a nice time. We felt welcome to be there.
The streets are tree lined and have a lot of bushes and flowers. There are several small open malls with unique shops and restaurants. While the shops were upscale, they had a welcoming ambiance. Our new favorite restaurant, JGilberts, is located here.
