I live in Hagerstown and yeah most of it just f*****g s***s
the crime is basically of the worse city's in america the drug's are very bad in the area and including the people. there almost absolutely nothing to do besides when they have events going on and small other thing.
my favorite place in hagerstown is a restaurant called tony's and they have home made Italian food.
Town has little job opportunities and has some drug problems.9
Indian restaurant, good sushi, lots of stores.
